Salmon fillets | 200g |
Green curry blend | 2 Tsp |
Garlic clove | 1 piece |
Carrot | ½ piece |
Bell pepper | ½ piece |
Broccoli | 50g |
Green beans | 50g |
Zucchini | ½ piece |
Cooking cream | 1 Tbsp |
Rub salmon fillets
Drizzle salmon fillets with oil.
Rub with coarse salt and green curry blend.
Grill in oven
Place salmon fillets on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through. Set aside
Stir fry the veggies
In a pan stir fry the minced Garlic until golden brown.
Add sliced vegetables (carrots, bell pepper, broccoli florets and green beans).
Stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Set aside
Sprinkle on green curry blend
Add ½ tsp of green curry blend.
Add cooking cream
Lower the heat to medium and add 1 Tbsp of cooking cream.
Stir-fry until cooked through.
Serve your plate
Place the salmon on a dish with the stir fried vegetables.
Serve hot.
