Beef sirloin | 150g |
Cherry tomatoes (quartered) | 6 pieces |
Cucumber (julienned) | 1 piece |
Mint (chopped) | 1 bunch |
Dried Red Chillies | 2 pieces |
Onion (chopped) | 1 piece |
Fish sauce | 1½ tbsp |
Coconut sugar | 1½ tbsp |
Lime juice | 1½ tbsp |
Stir-fry the beef
Stir-fry the sirloin steak on medium heat until medium-rare. Set aside.
Prepare the dressing
Combine the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and minced red chillies, and stir well.
Put together the salad
Slice the beef into thin strips, then toss into a salad bowl. Then add onion, cucumber and cherry tomatoes into the same salad bowl. Lather the dressing over the ingredients and mix well.
Plate your dish
Dress the plate with your salad, then sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the top of the salad before serving.
